As per the report, the battery electric vehicle version of the XPeng G9L will go on sale in the Indian market with both single-motor rear-wheel-drive and double-motor all-wheel-drive drivetrains. The RWD delivers 270 kW, and the AWD puts out 430 kW. The rear motor on both is mated with a single-speed automatic transmission.
On the other hand, the extended-range electric vehicle trim will also go on sale as RWD and AWD. The company says that it gets a 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged petrol-powered internal combustion engine that delivers 108 kW. The RWD has one 210 kW electric motor on the rear axle and a 160 kW electric motor on the front axle.

The BEV version will have a 91.9 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, one with the rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive is set to run up to 702 km and 606 km, respectively, on the CLTC condition; an option of a 110 kWh NMC battery pack is available, giving the 755 km CLTC range.
The EREV trim has a 63.3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack giving a range of 435 km on CLTC condition for the all-wheel-drive drivetrain; for the rear-wheel-drive version, details are still pending. The WLTP range is 350 km and 325 km for RWD and AWD, respectively.

The length, width, and height of this to-be-launched XPeng five-seater car are 5,120 mm, 1,999 mm, and 1,782 mm to 1,795 mm, respectively, with the wheelbase of 3,100 mm. 5 seats inside the cabin are set to be available for 2-3 layouts with a 1,152-liter expandable boot space.

The cabin has a Sahara Orange interior theme enhancing the cabin aesthetic, features the front passenger AI-adaptive zero-gravity seats, and has a powered reclining rear seat. Its cabin has an 88-inch augmented reality head-up display, a 21.4-inch rear entertainment screen, and a 9-inch streaming rearview mirror.
The interior features list also includes the touchscreen infotainment system, wireless phone charging pad, 12.5-liter voice-controlled refrigerator, floating center console with two cupholders, and second-generation vision-language-action driving system with up to 2,250 TOPS.
