Geely Galaxy has officially started the pre-sale for the Geely Galaxy Cruiser 700, an off-road sport utility vehicle, on September 15, 2026, announcing the price and key details. A total of six variants, including one Land Ark edition, are available on presale; all come with the plug-in hybrid electric powertrain. Let’s have a closer look at this upcoming electrified five seats off-road SUV.

The presale prices for the Geely Galaxy Cruiser 700 vary from one another; they are:

Powertrain details.

This plug-in hybrid electric vehicle’s first two variants get a 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol-powered internal combustion engine with one electric motor on the front axle featuring a front-wheel-drive drivetrain; the second and third variants have the same ICE but three electric motors, one on the front axle and two on the rear axle. The power output for this ICE is 120 kW in gross and 115 kW in net, as per company reports.

On the other hand, the last two variants have a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol-powered ICE whose power output is 160 kW in gross and 155 kW in net. The drivetrain of the last four variants is all-wheel drive. The variant gets three electric motors; one is available on the front, and two others are on the rear. The combined power output is 830 kW (1,113 hp).

How’s its performance?

The Chinese automobile manufacturer says 1.5-litre and 2.0-litre engine variants have a top speed of 200 km and 220 km, respectively, and acceleration timing for 0 to 100 kmph is 3.95 seconds for the 2.0-litre internal combustion engine, but they haven’t yet revealed these details for the 1.5-litre version.

This plug-in hybrid electric car also has a 47.14 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which powers the e-motor in EV mode. When the battery pack is fully charged, it gives a 305 km range for the 1.5-litre single-motor variant, 280 km for the 1.5-litre triple-motor, and 270 km for the 2.0-litre triple-motor version. 

Its dimensions and space.

Geely Galaxy has officially revealed the size of the vehicle; its length, width, and height are 5,085 mm, 1,999 mm, and 1,912 mm, respectively, with the wheelbase of 2,900 mm. Its cabin has 5 seats in 2-3 layouts; the front seats support flat folding, creating a lounge area for the executive comfort.

The ground clearance of 233 mm, approach angle of 30 degrees, departure angle of 31 degrees, breakover angle of 24 degrees, and wading depth of 800 mm further enhance its off-roading capabilities. Behind the second row, it has 1,050 litres, expandable up to 1,800 litres by folding the second row. An 18.5-litre built-in refrigerator is also available in the second row with cooling and heating functions.

Features and technology.

It is equipped with the G-ASD H7 driver assistance that supports parking-space-to-parking-space navigation assistance and an AI-powered chassis supporting intelligent control of vehicle dynamics. Its cabin has orange-and-cream interior trim with a panoramic glass roof. The company confirms that the cabin has 14-point massage functions for the driver and co-passenger seats.

The interior image made public officially has a three-spoke D-shaped steering wheel with physical buttons. Behind the steering wheel, there will be a slim digital instrument cluster, and a large touchscreen infotainment system is placed at the dashboard that supports wireless smartphone connectivity, an AI-based voice assistant, and connected car technology.
