The Mazda CX-6e is a mid-size all-electric crossover sport utility vehicle that was unveiled for the ASEAN region at the 47th BIMS 2026. Its pricing details for Thailand have been officially confirmed; it is available in two variants, priced at 1,169,000 Thai Baht and 1,199,000 Thai Baht for the Premium and Exclusive variants, respectively.
The CX-6e from Mazda is expected to go on sale in the Thai market by the end of 2026. It is scheduled to launch in the European market in the summer of 2026 and in Australia later that year. While no details regarding its launch in India have been confirmed, it is anticipated that it could be introduced in the country in the second quarter of 2027.

It is based on the platform of the Deepal L07, showcased at BIMS 2026 for the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region, and is a CBU from the Nanjing plant in China, built as part of the Mazda and Changan collaboration.
Mazda CX-6e Specifications
The Mazda CX-6e comes with a single-motor rear-wheel drive option, which generates 258 hp of power and 290 Nm of torque, has a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration timing of 7.9 seconds and a top speed of 175 km/h, which is quite good in its segment and likely to give tough competition to its competitors in the ASEAN region.
It is powered by a 77.9 kWh (LFP) battery, which on a full charge has an NEDC range of 654 km, i.e., a WLTP range of around 550 km. If this launches in India with these specifications, it is expected to deliver a real-world range of 500 km under mixed driving conditions.
Like other EVs, this one also comes with both DC fast charging and AC home charging options. Its maximum DC and AC charging capacities are 184 kW and 11 kW, respectively; it allows it to charge from 30% to 80% in just 15 minutes, while a full charge from 0% to 100% takes an entire night.
Mazda CX-6e Dimensions & Space
The Mazda CX-6e comes with 4,921 mm in length, 1,890 mm in width and 1,491 mm in height, giving it tough road presence, and it has a wheelbase of 2,895 mm, resulting in giving better legroom to rear-seating passengers and providing better stability at high speeds.
It has a seating capacity of five people and also has five doors, 4 inside, and 1 is a tailgate. The ground clearance is 148 mm, good for easily passing the speed breaker; if an India launch happens, it will come with a slightly higher ground clearance around 160 mm.
The boot space is 330 litres and can easily carry 3 big pieces of luggage; you may fold down the rear seat to increase the space up to 1,070 litres. It does have a frunk of 70 litres, which helps in carrying small bags and accessories.
