The Chinese auto manufacturer Xiaomi Auto launched the updated SU7, a four-door full-size electric sedan, on March 20, 2026, and received more than 80,000 orders within 48 days. It is available for sale in three variants that include Standard, Pro, and Max with the prices of 219,900 yuan, 245,900 yuan, and 303,900 yuan, respectively.

Between May 6 and 31, 2026, it is available with the limited-time discount offer. On the first two variants, buyers are set to get a discount of 42,000 yuan and the last one is available with the discount of 61,000 yuan; meaning until May 31, 2026, the Standard is available with the price of 158,900 yuan, pro with 184,900 yuan, and max with 261,900 yuan.

Powertrain & Performance 

The updated Xiaomi SU7’s standard and pro variants are available with the single-motor rear-wheel drive configuration and pro with dual-motor all-wheel drive. The transmission for all three variants is single-speed automatic. The first two have a power output of 320 hp and peak torque of 400 Nm, and the last one generates the power of 690 hp and peak torque of 838 Nm.

The standard, Pro, and Max are available with 73 kWh LFP battery pack, 96.3 kWh NMC battery pack, and 101.7 kWh NMC battery pack, respectively. The first one gives a range of 720 km, the second gives 902 km, and the third gives 835 km, respectively, on the CLTC scale. The first two come with 400-volt electrical architecture, and the last one with 800-volt supporting fast DC charging.

The 15 minutes of DC charging at the charging station add the CLTC range of 350 km, 510 km, and 670 km for the Pro, standard, and max variants, respectively. Also get an on-board 11 kW AC charger that takes 7 to 10 hours for full charge. The acceleration timing and top speed for the first one are 5.28 seconds and 210 km/h, 4.9 seconds and 210 km/h, and 2.78 seconds and 265 km/h, respectively. 

Dimensions & Space

The updated SU7 is made on Modena Architecture, whose dimensions in terms of length, width, and height are 4,997 mm, 1,963 mm, and 1,455 mm, respectively. Its wheelbase is 3,000 mm, and ground clearance is adjustable, ranging from 140 mm to 160 mm. It features Smart Chassis 2.0, which can adjust its height in 4 levels, providing a 50 mm adjustment from -30 mm to +20 mm. 

It comes with the seating capacity of 5 people in a layout of 2 and 3. Thanks to the large wheelbase and wide stance, each occupant gets ample shoulder room. The boot space is 517 liters, which helps in carrying 5 big pieces of luggage, and the frunk ‘front trunk storage’ space is 105 liters. The rear seat is foldable, which expands the boot space significantly.

Interior & Features 

The updated SU7’s interior is equipped with a 16.1-inch 3K touchscreen infotainment system at the center of the dashboard, which acts as the control panel of the cabin. Also have a 7.1-inch rotating instrument cluster that shows all the driving data and a 56-inch augmented reality head-up display that displays primary driving data on the windshield. 

The cabin comes with a 25-speaker sound system, which also includes a headrest speaker for the driver. The wraparound ambient lighting syncs with the music and changes color based on driving mode. The top trim comes with triple-layered acoustic glass, which ensures the high-density soundproofing. 

It features Xiaomi HAD (high-level assisted driving), which includes roof-mounted LiDAR and an 11-camera suite. The first variants are powered by NVIDIA DRIVE Orin and the last one by NVIDIA Thor, and both have a computing power of 700 TOPS.
