The British luxury automobile manufacturer Bentley is all set to introduce the pure-electric vehicle, Bentley Torcal EV, which is built on PPE (Premium Platform Electric) architecture. Its global debut is scheduled to happen on September 23, 2026, and market launch in the United States is set to take place in the third quarter of 2027 with the price between $200,000 and $250,000, equivalent to ₹1.91 crore to ₹2.39 crore.
The carmaker has recently released an interior teaser, which shows the cabin is set to have a curved, portrait-oriented touchscreen infotainment system, which is set to support over-the-air software updates, wireless smartphone connectivity, and a voice assistant with artificial intelligence integration. Before the driving seat, it has a curved digital instrument cluster that shows all the driving data.
It gets a three-spoke steering wheel with physical buttons for control; its column is mounted with the gear selector on the right side. The dashboard features real wood veneer and metal trim with circular air vents on outer corners and near the center. It has sculpted door panels with a diamond-inspired pattern, enhancing luxury appeal and creating depth and texture.

The center console, present between the co-passenger and driver seats, has hand-cut illuminated crystal elements that illuminate as decorative accents. Other notable on the centre console is Knurled metal climate control knobs and premium rotary controller just below the infotainment screen, besides them, it has physical Sport and Comfort drive mode buttons.
Reports confirm that outside, it will get a front floating diamond grille that illuminates like a jewel, inspired by the Bentley EXP 15 Concept, a fully electric luxury concept car that was showcased on 8 July 2025 at Bentley’s newly opened design studio in Crewe, England. Other details that are available in the public domain about its exterior are 3D diamond-pattern LED taillights in a horizontal shape and a roof-mounted Bentley logo in the center.
Built on 800-volt electrical architecture, under which it is expected to have an 113 kWh lithium-ion battery pack giving the claimed range of 483 kilometers (300 miles), as per the teaser. Most anticipated is to get two Volkswagen Group in-house developed electric motors, one on each axle. The front and rear are all set to be an induction motor and a permanent magnet synchronous motor with single-speed automatic transmission, respectively.

May come with three different power outputs, which are 324 kW (434 hp), 490 kW (657 hp), and 849 kW (1,138 hp), depending on the variant. Reportedly, it will support a DC charger up to 390 kW, which takes 7 minutes to add the range of 161 kilometers (100 miles). As it will get two electric motors, it is set to feature an all-wheel-drive drivetrain. Its main rival is the Porsche Cayenne Electric, a luxury electric SUV built on the PPE platform.
The length is 4,985 mm, and the wheelbase is 2,895 mm. Features an electric motor on each axle, featuring an all-wheel-drive drivetrain. It generates 300 kW (408 hp) and 325 kW (442 hp) with Launch Control. Its peak torque is 835 Nm. The acceleration timing for 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 60 mph) is 4.8 seconds, and the top speed is 230 km/h (143 mph).
It is also equipped with 113 kWh, which gives the range of 576 km (358 miles) to 643 km (400 miles), depending on the variant. It also supports DC charging up to 390 kW, which takes 16 minutes for 10 to 80 percent charging. Order in the US is already open from April 24, 2026. It cost $111,350. As of now, they haven’t confirmed any date for delivery, but reports say that it will begin in late summer 2026.
