It is expected that its launch price will be 420,000 to 470,000 Chinese yuan, equivalent to $61,760 to $69,110. Once launched, it will compete with the Lynk & Co 900, Li Auto L9, and AITO M9.

The model is named the flash charging edition because it uses BYD’s 2.0 battery that supports “megawatt-level” flash charging. Its key specification is that it takes only 5 minutes to charge the car from 0 to 70 percent, to reach the charging up to 97 percent, it takes only 9 minutes. Interestingly, even at extreme cold conditions such as -30°C, the charging time is affected by just 3 minutes.

Individually, the engine generates the power of 204 hp (152 kW), the front motor generates 268 hp (200 kW), and the rear motors generate 322 hp (240 kW).

Its motor setup makes it an all-wheel drive (AWD) car; notably, it uses the electronic continuously variable transmission. The combined power output is 912 hp (680 kW), which helps with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 60 mph) in 3.9 seconds, and the carmaker says that it reaches the top speed of up to 230 km/h (143 mph).
Dimensionally, it is the same as the N9 that was introduced to the Chinese market back in March 2025. It is 5,258 mm in length, 2,030 mm in width, and 1,830 mm in height.
Its wheelbase is 3,125 mm, and ground clearance is adjustable depending on need, as it comes with the adjustable air suspension system; it can be a maximum of 222 mm, a minimum of 110 mm, and a standard of 190 mm.
Up front, it features a slim split headlight setup; the LED DRLs are placed above and the main headlight at lower, giving a modern look. In profile, the main highlights are the flush-type door handles, which not only reduce drag but also add a premium touch, and 22-inch forged mirror wheels to improve its road presence, and the rear features full-width LED taillights and the clean bumper.
