5 Three-Row 7-Seater Electric Vehicles Available in India Around ₹30 Lakh

As of September 5, 2026, a total of five electric vehicles are available for sale under the price around ₹30 lakh in the Indian market that come with a seating capacity of 7 people. They are Kia Carens Clavis EV, MG Hector Tomahawk EV, Mahindra XEV 9S, VinFast VF MPV 7, and BYD eMAX 7. The second and third ones are SUVs, while the others are MPVs. Let’s have a closer look at each of them.

Kia Carens Clavis EV

It is available for sale with both six- and seven-seaters. Two battery packs are offered: 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh, which give the ranges of 404 km and 490 km, respectively. Get an electric motor that delivers the power of 99 kW (133 PS) to 126 kW (171 PS), depending on the battery pack, and a peak torque of 255 Nm. Both have the speed of 166 km/h and three driving modes, which are Eco, Normal & Sport.

It gets a PMSM on the rear axle that delivers the power from 231 hp to 286 hp and peak torque of 380 Nm. The top-end variant takes 7 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph, and the top speed is 202 kmph.

The features a Coast-to-coast triple 12.3-inch screens, one as an infotainment cluster, one as an infotainment system, and one as a driver display. Its cabin has a 5-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.8-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system which supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and features a voice assistant. It has wireless phone charging, a 6-speaker audio system, and an NFC card key. It is equipped with synthetic leather upholstery, a panoramic glass roof, and vehicle-to-load capability.
