In September 2026, the China MIIT catalogue release for the vehicle, the 2027-year model of the Zeekr 7X, an all-electric mid-size crossover sport utility vehicle, appeared in the same revealing the core specifications. Notably, its exterior design is the same as the existing model; the upcoming one will make its debut in the Chinese market with a few upgrades. Let’s have a closer look at this.
2027 Zeekr 7X details surfaced.
The all-electric mid-size crossover sport utility vehicle Zeekr 7X is all set to go on sale, with the rear-wheel-drive drivetrain getting a permanent magnet synchronous motor, TZ230XYC04, that is built by the Quzhou Jidian Electric Vehicle Technology. The electric motor is mated with a single-speed automatic transmission; the rear-wheel setup makes it a rear-wheel-drive vehicle.
The electric motor generates 370 kW (496 hp) power, and the top speed is 240 kmph. The 0 to 100 kmph acceleration timing is 5.4 seconds. The MIIT filing doesn’t reveal the battery pack, but reports confirm that the Zeekr is all set to launch the model with a 75 kWh lithium-ion (golden brick) battery pack that is supplied by Zhejiang Jiyao Tongxing.
The range and charging timing are still there; we are anticipating that on CLTC condition it will run above 700 km, and with the 5.5c charging, it will take 16 minutes for 10-80% charging. The length, width, and height are 4,825 mm, 1,930 mm, and 1,656-1666 mm, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2,925 mm.
The approach and departure angle is 19 degrees, and the front and rear track are 1,649 mm and 1,654 mm, respectively. Its ground clearance is set to be 190 mm and 230 mm with an optional 230 mm. Its aerodynamic drag is 2,925 mm. Its boot space is 539 litres, and the frunk (front storage trunk) is 62 litres, which helps in carrying the luggage.

Three wheel size options are available; they are 19-inch with 255/50 R19, 20-inch with 265/45 R20, and 21-inch with 265/40 R21. Equipped with a factory-installed event data recorder and a four-piston front brake calliper. The interior features are set to be the same as the other models of the Zeekr 7X electric crossover SUV.
Its cabin is set to get a 16-inch central 3.5K Mini-LED touchscreen at the dashboard’s centre and a 13.5-inch digital instrument cluster under the steering wheel. A 36-inch augmented reality head-up display projecting driving data on the windscreen and two 13-inch 2.5K OLED displays at the rear will also be available as optional.

August 2026 sales figures are still pending. In July 2026, a total of 10,253 units were sold out. On the year-on-year and month-on-month basis, the sale has increased by 39.59% and 48.12%, respectively.
Launch date and price speculations.
The launch date for the 2027 Zeekr 7X is still pending. Reports suggest that it will go on sale in the Chinese market in late 2026. The upcoming RWD variant is all set between the 75 kWh and 103 kWh variants. Prices are unconfirmed, but there’s a high speculation that it will go on sale with the price between 239,800 and 245,800 yuan, which translates to 34,000 to 35,500 USD.
