Lynk & Co 07 GT Wagon Debut: 402 hp and 200 km Pure Electric Range

Lynk & Co, a sub-brand under Chinese automobile manufacturer Geely, unveiled the Lynk & Co 07 GT, a plug-in hybrid electric wagon, on June 15, 2026, for which they will start the pre-sale in late June 2026. The carmaker is yet to reveal the price; we expect that it will cost around 190,000 yuan, which translates to 26.57 lakh rupees.

Notably, this PHEV is a wagon variant, the Lynk & Co 07 plug-in hybrid electric sedan. As of now, the date for the launch isn’t confirmed; reports suggest that the manufacturer will introduce it to the Chinese market in the third quarter of 2026. Following the launch, this wagon will compete with the Nio ET5 Touring, the Zeekr 007 GT, and the Denza Z9 GT.

The carmaker set to launch the ’07 GT with both front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive drivetrains. Under the hood, it gets a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine. The FWD gets an electric motor on the front axle, and the combined power output is 300 kW (402 hp); the AWD features one electric motor on each axle; however, the power output and peak torque for the AWD are still pending.

Both FWD and AWD variants are equipped with a 28.3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack; the former gives an emission-free CLTC range of 200 kilometers, and the latter is expected to run a little less distance on full charge. Reports suggest that the AWD variant will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in under 5 seconds, and top speed may be around 220 km/h.

The battery pack is the same as the ’07 sedan, which takes 14 minutes for 30 to 80 percent, so the ’07 GT wagon is also expected to take the same time for charging. They haven’t officially revealed the combined range, but many reports say that the wagon will run above 1,000 kilometers when the tank is full and the battery pack is fully charged.

Dimensionally, the length, width, and height are 4,856 mm, 1,900 mm, and 1,485 mm, respectively. The wheelbase is 2,843 mm. The kerb weight for the FWD variant is 1,915 kg, but the AWD weighs 2,029 kg. The carmaker says both variants sit in 19-inch forged alloy, which is equipped with 4-piston brake callipers that help in powerful braking.

They features Magnetorheological (MR) Active Suspension, which adjusts stiffness automatically in real-time using the vehicle speed, steering angle, road surface conditions, braking force, and acceleration and cornering forces to absorb bumps and potholes to ensure a smooth driving experience even in rough terrain.

Looking from the front, a roof-mounted LiDAR unit is clearly visible, which indicates that it is equipped with an intelligent driving assistant system. The carmaker hasn’t confirmed which ADAS it uses; reports say it can be either Geely’s G-Pilot (Qian Li Hao Han) H5 or H7. If the wagon gets H5, it will feature navigation autopilot for highway cruising, and if it gets H7, then it will feature NOA even for city driving.

Outside, it features a split headlight setup similar to The Next Day concept, a sporty front bumper with side-integrated air intakes, a long wagon roofline that adds a floating effect, blacked-out ORVMs with integrated side lights, flush-type door handles that reduce aerodynamic drag, multiple-spoke wheels, an aggressive carbon-fiber rear spoiler, and through-type full-width LED taillights that create a wide stance and a rugged bumper with a diffuser.

Inside, it features a three-spoke steering wheel with physical buttons, under which there’s a slim digital instrument cluster showing all the driving data. At the center of dashboard, it is equipped with a large floating touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless connectivity, OTA updates, and connected car technology. The center console features a double wireless phone charging pad, and two cup holders for convenience.
