On June 1, 2026, Xiaomi Auto made an announcement that, like the previous month, in May 2026 too, they crossed the sales figure of 30,000. The exact figures are still pending; they will be made public through the CP, which is usually released around the 10th of the month.
Notably, the sales date for April 2026 was made by May 11, 2026, which shows that in April 2026, the carmaker sold a total of 36,702 units; among them, 28,826 are for the Xiaomi SU7 and 9,875 for the Xiaomi YU7.
The actual figure for May 2026 is anticipated to be around 35,000; between them, 70% of sales may be contributed by the SU7 sedan and YU7 SUV.
May 2026 is the second consecutive month in which the Xiaomi Auto has passed the figure of 30,000 monthly sales. Compared to March 2026, in April 2026, the company saw 71% growth, and now it is yet to see that May 2026 will also see any increase.

In 2026, January saw sales of 39,002 units, including 1,113 sedans and 37,869 SUVs; February recorded 20,414 sales that included 218 sedans and 20,196 SUVs; and March had a total of 21,440 units sold, out of which 7,882 were sedans and 13,558 were SUVs.
The total sales in the first quarter of 2026 are 80,856, which includes 71,623 units (88.6 percent) of YU7 and 9,233 units (11.4 percent) of SU7; compared to the first quarter of 2025, it sees six percent year-on-year growth.
April 2026 has already witnessed the sale of 36,702 units; May 2025 is yet to be made public but is most likely to be above 35,000, out of which 70 percent, i.e., around 24,500 units, will be for the YU7 and the remaining 30 percent, i.e., approximately 10,500, for the SU7.
If June 2026 sales also crossed the figure of 30,000 units, the sales figures for the second quarter of 2026 are most expected to exceed the figure of 100,000 units, meaning compared to the first quarter of 2026, it will be 24% growth.
