The joint venture between the GAC Group and Huawei, Aistaland, has officially confirmed that the presale for the Aistaland GX7 five-seater extended-range electric SUV will be on September 5, 2026, at 5:00 pm, Beijing time. This upcoming car is the second model from the brand after the Aistaland GT7 electric shooting brake.
The display of this upcoming car is already taking place at dealerships, it has already arrived at the 60 stores across 32 cities in China. Drivers interested in buying may see it physically by visiting the nearest showroom. The brand first showcased this upcoming car at the launch of its sibling; since then, many details about it have emerged.

The Aistaland’s first five-seater SUV’s presale will begin with the price release. They are set to introduce it in more than one variant, whose price will vary one from another. Reportedly, its top-end variant will cost around 350,000 yuan (51,600 USD). They may offer extra benefits for the driver who will place orders during the preorder period.
What do we know about this SUV?
The GAC-Huawei’s Aistaland GX7 measures 5,099 mm longer, 2,006 mm wider, and 1,750 mm taller with the 3,070 mm wheelbase. Five seats are available in a 2-3 layout with cargo space of 868 liters that is expandable up to 2,215 liters. The cabin’s second-row seats are flat-foldable; they can turn into a bed in around 20 seconds.
The entire cockpit runs on the Huawei HarmonySpace 6 system. Two 15.6-inch touchscreens are present on the dashboard; one is available before the driver’s seat as a digital instrument cluster, and the other is at the dashboard’s center as an infotainment system. Features that enhance the cabin’s premiumness are NFC and phone-to-car connectivity and Huawei Sound 7.1.4 surround audio.
Its cabin also has an 88-inch AR-HUD, which projects the driving data on the windshield. Features Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 with the 4 LiDAR sensors, including an 896-channel dual-optical-path image-grade LiDAR. As an EREV, it gets a 1,498 cc 1.5-liter four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol-powered internal combustion engine that delivers the maximum power of 125 kW.
Reports confirm that this top-trim variant gets three electric motors, one at the front axle and two at the rear. Its power output is 550 kW (748 hp), which makes 0 to 100 kmph acceleration under 3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 210 kmph. Depending on the variant, it will get a battery pack of 51.9 kWh lithium-ion and 67.2 kWh ternary lithium.
The pure-electric range under CLTC conditions is up to 385 km, and the combined range is 1,500 km. It supports 5C ultra-fast charging, which takes 0 minutes for 30 to 80 percent charging. All remaining core specifications and features will be disclosed at the launch event, which may take place within four weeks after the presale starts.

The GT7 is a pure-electric shooting brake, which is 5,050 mm longer, 1,980 mm wider, and 1,470 mm taller with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. It is built on the Huawei Qiankun Chitu platform with the 800V electrical architecture. Equipped with the CATL next-generation Qilin 102.786 kWh battery pack, giving the 900 km range, an option of the 86.111 kWh CATL battery pack is also available, giving the 770 km CLTC range.
It has three electric motors, can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.98 seconds, and supports 6C ultra-fast charging. It is also equipped with the Huawei Qiankun ADS 5, 896-channel dual-optical-path image-grade LiDAR, and 36 high-performance sensors.
