BYD Denza Z9 GT Spied In India

On November 13, 2026, Build Your Dream’s subbrand Denza will make its debut in the Indian market, launching the Denza Z9 GT all-electric shooting brake. Recently, this car has been spotted testing on a public road undisguised in India, around the Delhi-NCR region.

The spied images surfaced online has revealed the design for this forthcoming pure-electric shooting brake; it is similar to the one already on sale in the international market.

Similar rear to the Chinese-spec model.

At the back, the upcoming Denza Z9 GT all-electric shooting brake can be seen having horizontally oriented LED taillights and the Denza logo on the tailgate. Roof-integrated areas are also visible from the back, which enhances the high-speed stability. Another visible element on the rear is the bumper-integrated reflector that illuminates during the night. Sides are also visible in the spied image.

We can see flush-type door handles reducing aerodynamic drag. Flared wheel arches around the large alloy wheels can also be seen in the profile view. On its A-pillar, an outside rearview mirror is available that shows the clear view of traffic behind. The front-end isn’t visible in the image, but we also expect it to be similar to the Chinese-spec model.

Coming via the CBU route.

Denza will launch the Z9 GT all-electric shooting brake, importing it from China, whose price is still pending. The brand will launch this model, announcing the price. The report suggests it to be between the ex-showroom price of ₹1.20 crore and ₹1.50 crore. As coming via the CBU route, we expect the specifications and features to remain the same as the Chinese-spec trim.
